We recently applied for and received the entitlement for Critical Alerts. Customers have been using it and are generally happy with it.
Recently we've been receiving reports that the incoming notification sound will do the following:
interrupt the audio of a Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp call, requiring the user to call back into the meeting
completely end a RingCentral call
disconnect AirPods Pro for 3-4 seconds after playing (as indicated by the icon going dark)
I am wondering if this is related to the aforementioned apps' use of the audio interruptions API, and since I cannot control their behaviour, if there's something I can do instead.
