Hello @Don_Appelonie here our experience: We started in Sept. 2023 using the simulator and later purchased an AVP from US in day 1. Development and testing work fine with your regular iCloud account. The main limitation is App Store access: downloading Vision Pro apps requires an Apple ID from a supported region. Our workaround was to create a separate Apple ID in an officially supported country, using a local address (friend/partner/company presence), and use that account for App Store access. Other than that, development, provisioning, deployment, and internal testing have not been an issue. Best,
