Hey team, I'm posting on behalf of a colleague, the account holder for our company's Apple Developer Program enrollment, who is currently unable to get any response through email support. Our organization submitted an enrollment for the Apple Developer Program around late July 2026. Shortly after, we received the confirmation email saying: "Once we verify that you have the authority to bind your organization to Apple Developer Program legal agreements, we'll email you with instructions on how to complete your enrollment." Enrollment ID: 5ACV2MS89Q It has now been over five weeks with no further email, no phone call, and no request for additional documents. The account holder has checked spam folders and voicemail and has not received any outreach. The company has a valid D-U-N-S number, and the account holder is a founder and officer of the company with full authority to sign on its behalf. We are happy to provide incorporation documents, an authorization letter, or anything else needed to complete verification. Could someone from Apple please review this enrollment and let us know what, if anything, is holding it up? The account holder is available to take a verification call or respond to email at the address on the enrollment. Thank you for your help.
