I am on a MBP 16-inch 2019 Processor: 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB Memory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 My workaround is to plug in the monitors with the lid open. Plug the 2 monitors with the laptop lid. 2 Monitors and Laptop Monitor alive Close the lid and keep only the 2 monitors Every other solution i tried ended up in kernel panic.
