Thanks - my guess is that the new OLED laptops announced yesterday are going to be affected the same way since they're not the base M5 chip. The feedback that I filed a week ago is FB25275485, if you could add that to the other feedbacks that might be getting notifications about progress on this.

I just submitted an additional feedback for this. It's a fairly significant bug, for what it "is", and it ought to be fixed in MacOS as soon as possible. Hoping for this in the next major Golden Gate release (I haven't tried the RC because the only system I can reproduce this on is my personal M5Max laptop, and I prefer to keep that off the betas).
