You help me out. I followed your steps and ound by searching the term “beta” in the settings mine was turned off. For me that required signing back with my Apple ID. Crazy making stuff.

Similarly, connection between updated VP 2.0 and 14.5 Sonoma not connecting to make virtual desktop. Bluetooth, wifi, and apple sign in active on both devices. Thanks!
