I'm having the same issue. It seem like ChatGPT, regardless if it is Plus, gives a usage amount daily for XCode. I know that on ChatGPT itself, you are given a limit of higher models, and the LLM in XCode is pretty heavy, so they probably set a token usage limit or something. Hope this makes some sense.
