I have the same problem. Recently my app was approved and it's in "Ready for Sale" status, but when I go to the ABM, under the Apps and Books tab, I can't seem to find it after I've typed the app name. The app is free, looking at another comment on this post, it says that The paid apps agreement is no longer needed when the app is free, so I suppose that's not the problem.
