When I look at https://developer.apple.com/documentation/livecommunicationkit/startcellularconversationaction it says Beta 26.0 and it seems my xcode can't find the framework. Am I missing a setting somewhere to be able to use it? I'd understood it as I can build default dialer apps from iOS 18.2?

It seems my xcodebuild can't find StartCellularConversationAction. When I look at https://developer.apple.com/documentation/livecommunicationkit/startcellularconversationaction it says Beta 26.0, but I've read that default dialer is available from 18.2? Am I missing a setting in my xcode or have I misunderstood something?
