It is happening to me as well. It seems like Gmail does not like email coming from privaterelay.appleid.com. I am wondering is there any ways to avoid that.

I'm facing the same issue as well. Also I am unable to remove the app from the listing that uses Sign In With Apple in Setting > iCloud > Sign In & Security > Sign In With Apple. Just curious if you are able to remove your account or not?
