I can confirm that Teams is working ok now in beta 4, but I'm also experiencing Outlook not working at all (it hangs after displaying a message in preview).

I can confirm that this started with beta 4, it worked with beta 3. Deleting Caches/App-Support/… and reinstalling didn't fix the problem for me.
