Hello? :) Can you even see my posts? I didn't even get confirmation that anyone is looking at my case... like so many other topics here Is there something wrong with my account, or verification, or documents? My Apple account is like 10 years old, you have my credit cards, address where you shipped me multiple items and so on. What is going on?
