I think this change was a bad idea. Anything that is human-readable and has been a certain way since iOS 1 should not be changed without a lot of review. As it is, I had to add stringByReplacingOccurrencesOfString to convert the narrow space for time values I export in a CSV file so that Excel doesn't show weird characters in the time. If it isn't broke, don't fix it.

That worked for me.
