The accepted answer works. However, now with watchOS 9.1 the scroll bar appears for ~1 second after the view is loaded or when focusable(boolValue) is changed to true

My theory is that download_id could appear on multiple receipts if they belong to the same account. This seems to be the case because the receipt.original_purchase_date is identical in both receipts.
