Same, filed FB11483150 with sample code

I'm now having this exact same issue with a different app FB9845199

I've had the user check the Order ID in every place possible and am confident it's valid, so I've filed FB9839982

File a feedback with your app identifier. My app was approved within 24 hours. I didn't get any specifics, but it looked like a caching issue to me that someone behind the scenes needed to go reset something to make it work.
