Reply to Company Developer Account locked
Hello, same problem with same errors here,with no reason. "This account is locked and can't be used." I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program with a brand-new account on February 25. Everything was set up correctly, and I had full access to App Store Connect without any issues. However, today, while switching between accounts, I suddenly lost access to my developer account. Instead of logging in, I was immediately redirected to a password reset page. After attempting to reset the password, I received an email from Apple stating that my access was denied. Now, when I try to log in via the Apple Developer app, I get an “Unknown Error” or Account Locked message. I haven’t violated any guidelines—I only logged in a few times to check the account status. No app releases or changes were made to the account, and all required documents were verified during the enrollment process. Haven’t contacted Apple Developer Support yet and also haven’t received any clear response from Apple regarding why my account was terminated. I was planning to make a release this month.. suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Hey i got some updates. @coffenbacher @ignalonzo @RinatAB I reached out to Apple via email, and at first, they responded and asked for ID verification(again). I provided all the necessary documents, but then they completely ghosted me no explanation, no resolution, just silence. It’s beyond frustrating that they take zero responsibility for these account bans, especially when they can’t even explain why they happened. Like you, @ignalonzo They suggested to create a new Apple ID, but that doesn’t solve the underlying issue. There’s no guarantee they won’t lock the new account as well. It’s so disheartening.
