The same issue happens to me, I use SwiftUI Maps, if I use MapStyle.standard, the map is red, it works fine when I switch to .satellite mode. The map is also red in the Maps app on that simulator. I use iOS 18.1 Simulator iPad (10th generation) on Xcode 16.1 (16B40)
