Thanks, I am going to revert to using an overlay. this is way to hacky to make it work. using this on the main view hierarchy causes the whole screen to reset so pushing a view controller and change the value that causes it to hide cause the push to cancel and reset the view. so forget it. I'm done messing with this control. It is clearly not ready for primetime.

I do not see that as an option. That seems like maybe that's a custom view builder

just realized mine was for AppEntity type property and queries, but hopefully it provides the same guidance
