load_eligibility_plist: Failed to open /Users/garylwagner/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/0FBA075E-8C85-4E42-B6E0-C17440382688/data/Containers/Data/Application/857A770C-B078-4A0F-A5A3-0D5CE01904D5/private/var/db/eligibilityd/eligibility.plist: No such file or directory(2) I went through the file structure and found the missing folder. private does not exist. /Users/garylwagner/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/0FBA075E-8C85-4E42-B6E0-C17440382688/data/Containers/Data/Application/857A770C-B078-4A0F-A5A3-0D5CE01904D5/private I deleted DerivedData then did a clean build. Still getting this error.

I am having the same issue on xcode 16.4 and xcode 26 bata 3. Rather than complaining about how many people have reported this issue, how about a fix.
