Nearly 48 hours and still waitlisted. Called Apple Developer support (they had no idea what I was talking about and pushed me to Apple Care). Apple Care had no idea and said "why don't you call Developer Support". Apple CEO on Monday: "Siri is available to all developers immediately!"
