Just run into the similar issue... We use Apple Vision OCR on ReplayKit frames: VNRecognizeTextRequest with .accurate recognition. Simulator on iOS 26 is fine but not iOS 27 on my development iPad, which I can't downgrade... I feel lucky I caught this issue before it causes problems for our clients.
