I'm using MacOS 11.1 beta, have this problem, too. I try to exit Drive File Stream, then run in terminal: sudo kextload "/Applications/Google Drive File Stream.app/Contents/MacOS/dfsfuse.kext" Try to restart Drive File Stream, it's work for me.
