I just started seeing this issue "out of the blue" I was debugging fine and fixing some UI stuff after a re-run breakpoints just stopped working. I already did the exorcism of deleting derived data, clean build, reset simulator, reboot, bla bla. I even upgraded from macOS 15.3 to 15.4 in hope of fixing this and still doesn't hit any breakpoints anymore. Apple please take a serious look into xcode urgently. it seems it gets less and less reliable on every update. It's fustrating
