Did you find a solution for this? I'm also hoping to capture audio only without the video data.

Seeing the same issue here. In addition, I've noticed that every time the app goes into the background, ContentView: @self changed is logged 4 times, and 2 times when the app comes to foreground. This causes views to redraw unnecessarily and sometimes lose state.

Has anybody found a solution for this? My app has several GBs of old data still sitting in the file system, long after the entities have been deleted from Core Data. Even deleting and re-installing the app doesn't fix the issue, as these files sync back from iCloud automatically. The files are stored in /Library/Application\ Support/.MYAPP_SUPPORT/_EXTERNAL_DATA/
