Try going into your bluetooth on your phone and forget all your devices, then try to pair again, you have to forget ALL your devices for it to work. My problem then became that it would not pair with said devices again, but then I turned off Wifi and my VPN and then i was able to pair with my devices, then turn your Wifi back on again.
