the issue disappeared after I reset the network settings. I think it might be a problem caused by some old configurations being incompatible with the new configurations after an iOS upgrade. but we cannot ask our users to reset their network settings, so this issue still needs to be fixed.

my app also encountered the same issue. once the local network permission is turned off, the app cannot access the LAN address regardless of whether it is enabled in settings, whether it is reinstalled or the WiFi is disconnected. hope this issue can be confirmed.
