Hello, thank you very much for the response. I uninstalled my app and then reset all permissions. After reinstalling the app I granted Full Disk Access again and now everything works as expected. It seems like Full Disk Access still has higher priority (which is what I expected 😀).

Doesn't work. Step 3: After I have unchecked the box in the developer portal and click Save, the value is restored when reopening the page.

And one question remains - why are there so many extensions that do not show any NSOpenPanel and are still able to create files?
