this bug has been fixed in the official iOS 26.1 release.

I've also tried various APIs, but to no avail. I've filed a bug issue, but Apple hasn't responded yet about whether it's fixing the issue. This seems like a major issue. I tried disabling the camera using the profile, but found that all third-party apps still have the camera enabled. However, built-in apps like Preview, Home, and Translate can't use the camera. I wonder what Apple's changes are?

You can use the PKI webpage provided by Apple (https://www.apple.com/certificateauthority/) to download and test if the same issue occurs. This will help rule out whether it's a problem with your own generated certificate. The certificates provided by Apple should meet your requirements for use. If the official certificate also does not appear in the list after installation, then it’s likely an issue with the operating system.
