Same here on the same device I just bought refurbished to test the lowest spec ipad for the new OS. Deletd every app thaat it would allow and still about 3-400 mb short.I wonder if there is a way to flush the 2.8GB of system data (shown at the bottom ipad storage ) to free up space?
