Seems my first post did eventually go through. Apologies that this is posted twice. Anyway, I woke up this morning and my notarization jobs were finally reporting as Accepted about 42 hours after initial submission. I'd also called Apple Developer Support the day before. It wasn't the right team as notarization is an email only support, but they may have helped nudge it.
