I received an email with a link to upload documents. It reads, "Please note that we still need the documentation we requested two weeks ago in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”. The problem is, I never received such an email. It's not in my inbox, spam or junk folders. Are there universal documents that are requested of everyone, or is what's being requested unique to you on a case-by-case basis? I've requested email responses. I've requested phone calls. I've received nothing besides automated emails that have me stuck in an infinite loop.
