Turns out External Link Account Exemption can only be submitted by the account owner and if that owner is not associated with the application (added to it) then you can't submit for exemption. As soon as our team added him to the app and then had him be the one to submit we were able to successfully post the form info. This means even admins on the application cannot submit External Link Account Exemption. Hopefully this helps someone!

Its now been almost 3-4 weeks since we sent in our request for External Link Account Entitlement. Is there really no email or contact to reach out to in order to get some sense of timing or understanding. Its put a real road block up for us in terms of our timing with this project and pushed back out launch window by almost a month. If anyone knows of a way to reach out or contact we just want to know what our teams next steps could be.
