Comment on Augmented Reality app unable to load the image from the camera
I have a similar issue in a camera app (no ARKit), whenever I call stopRunning on capture session I see this error in the console: <<<< FigCaptureSourceRemote >>>> Fig assert: "err == 0 " at bail (FigCaptureSourceRemote.m:569) - (err=-17281) When restarting the session, there are issues with recording video in ProRes RAW format. This can be reproduced with the AVCam sample code.

Comment on MetalToolchain fail installation xcode 26.0 beta 5, tahoe 26.0
Does not work on my end. The issue was resolved in Xcode 26 Beta 4, but it has returned in Beta 5. Additionally, xcrun metal -v consistently produces: error: cannot execute tool 'metal' due to missing Metal Toolchain; use: xcodebuild -downloadComponent MetalToolchain

Not working on my end. It was fixed in Xcode 26 Beta 4, but the problem is back in Beta 5. Running xcrun metal -v always returns: error: error: cannot execute tool 'metal' due to missing Metal Toolchain; use: xcodebuild -downloadComponent MetalToolchain
