I have the same issue as well. Brand new MacBook Pro: Keep spinning progress in app store Xcode app not available. Not possible to download from https://developer.apple.com/download/release/ to try to install again. Will someone from Apple answer here?! Am I to throw this $3.5k laptop in the trash?
