Still happening and couldn't find a solution :(

Same here. I added a colleague as Admin user to All Apps. Appears on App Store Connect but not on developer portal, so he isn't able to create Certificates and Identifiers etc... Any clue on how to fix this?

Same problem! 🤬It's been two days and I cannot fix it yet.

I encountered yesterday the same problem. I have spent two days trying to solve it without success. I even try creating a complete new blank project, create a new app in Connect and having the same issue.
