Probably a dependancy and or compiler issue... they are not all fully optomized for M1 yet i believe, but could be mistaken.

Few ideas to check/try: Try from your mac. Also make sure you don’t have any managed profiles/mdm on your iPhone. Make sure iPhone dev account or beta testing program account is the same as the iCloud account on the device you are trying to install beta on.
