I have done it from visual studio connected to a mac compile the code in relase mode and from visual gave me the option to upload the app to app store I entered my ID and the unique key of the app, I finished the process and after a few minutes in testflight appeared Ready to Submit, send the notification to the tester and can download the new version but without the changes, I think I'm doing something wrong but I do not know what it is.
