I found another thread with this issue from years ago and someone had the solution, I will post it here... Go to App Store Connect and select your development team Go to Users and Access Click your user On this next page you will see a "Preferred Currency", simply change it to something different than it is currently set to, then hit Save. You can then change your currency back to what it was, hit Save again. Go into Xcode -> Settings -> Accounts, remove your account with the (-) button, then add it again, your dev team should now be visible in Xcode and on the main Apple Developer screen.
