Our app is also experiencing this after the 16.3 Xcode update and tests against iPad Air (5th generation) of iOS 18.3.2+ hendering our app review process. I've even tried building barebone applications with no success when connecting to Firebase, it's stressful as nothing on our end can be done to bybass whatever changes were done in 18.3.2
