Sorry, it's my wording problem. Actually what I'm trying to say is that when I stopped it and start again, no new traffic is captured (although I opened a new page). But I don't know how to troubleshoot, because suspending doesn't deactivate the network extension.

And I still want to ask, if I want to realize the association between processes and traffic, can I rely on network extensions to record the process information corresponding to each traffic? Or need help with system extensions? If you have any advice on this it is very much appreciated!
