Sooo, similar issue since October & I’ve finally resolved it as of yesterday. Purchase yourself a flash drive, 2G or higher. Google Toyota software update. Enter your VIN & select which audio model you have (go to settings, software update & you’ll see which model you have). Download that software to your flash drive. It’ll also have instructions attached. Follow those instructions & viola, it'll be fixed. I hope this helps you.
