Our project with Cognito and sign in with apple has the same issue. Any update ?

I have the same issue, though the scenario is different from iOS 13+ and iOS under 13. We will see the description of service id or app name in iOS 12, 11, 10 when user tries to use the feature "sign in with apple". Though we will see the description of service id or app name only when we try to use "sign in with apple" to log in with different apple id. The only clue we got and need to dig into much further is that the app id prefix of the service id and the key for "sign in with apple" is different from the one we login to the apple developer program.
