Yes. I am experiencing the same issue. In my case, the DeviceActivityEvent is empty, since there are no apps that can be selected on the Simulator. Not sure if that is the cause.

This is indeed a big problem. It's not possible to test the API in the simulator. Furthermore, the FamilyActivityPicker does not provide a means for selecting WebDomains.
