Yeah seeing the same issue on iOS 16.5 and Xcode 14.3.1.

Same issue, all devices updated. Cannot debug any code running on Apple Watch.

Been having this issue for weeks, it did go away for a little while, but it's back again. Sometimes I feel like you're punished for delving too deep into Apple's ecosystem.

Same here - tried two US credit cards, a US debit card and my Apple Card. Same error each time.
