Been having this issue for weeks, it did go away for a little while, but it's back again. Sometimes I feel like you're punished for delving too deep into Apple's ecosystem.

Same issue, all devices updated. Cannot debug any code running on Apple Watch.

Yeah seeing the same issue on iOS 16.5 and Xcode 14.3.1.
