I have had the same kernel panic issue since upgrading to 11.3. I have a 2019 MBP 16 and a HP G5 TB3 dock at work and home. The issue only seems to happen when moving between the two docks. I can plug/unplug from the same dock without issue, but if I move to the other location and plug into the other dock it will crash 100% of the time (even though they are the exact same model). I have tried waking from sleep and waiting 5-10 minutes before plugging in as well as plugging in and then waking from sleep, neither method helps the issue. I did not see the issue on 11.2 and earlier, and am still seeing it on 11.4.
