Same problem here, and i dont see where i can manually download it.

so it appears this still isn't fixed in Xcode 14.1, my canvas keyboard is invisible exactly how ITSLeus stated. I cant type in the keyboard but just clicking anywhere where the keyboard is supposed to be triggers the invisible keyboard.
