Recently, Safari browser cannot open Apple's developer website. Other websites can be opened normally. Edge browser can be opened without pressure. Is anyone in the same situation?

This problem has troubled me for a long time. When I debug my Swift project, I have to wait for a long time every time I enter a breakpoint. It takes about 1 minute to view variables and use the po command normally, which makes my daily work very painful. My computer is a MacBook Air M1 16G+256G Xcode version 13.1. Did I ignore some settings about Xcode and look forward to an effective solution? Thank you.
