Yes, Mac OS Monterey 12.3 was just released about an hour ago. I‘d advice anyone with this issue to update, since it fixed the audio Problems for me (for now at least).

If you want them to fix it faster I‘d recommend opening a support ticket with the „feedback“ app on your mac (if its not installed, check in app store - it’s an official apple app). I did the same a few weeks back but havent heard much from them, except they wanted me to send them screenshots/videos which I did.

that's a good find, would you mind opening a Ticket within the Feedback app on one of the affected macs with this input? We need Apple's attention on this..
