This issue is reported by our customers and still present in iOS18.7.1 and it is not only affecting Carplay but also in the native Caller app of iOS. Any idea, when Apple will fix this?

This behavior is also showing on iOS26.1 release candidate.

This issue was fixed in my opinion in an earlier iOS18 minor release but is back now with iOS 18.6. Any hint when a fix is available would be helpful.
